About the Position

As an assistant nurse at Vima Vård & Omsorg, you will work within the home care service in Haninge. Our clients are located in the local area, and we travel between assignments on foot, by bicycle, or by car.

Your Responsibilities

In the role of assistant nurse, you play a central part in our clients' daily lives. You work in a person-centered manner and contribute to strengthening the client's independence, security, and quality of life.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Providing support in daily life and performing personal care.
• Promoting social cohesion, participation, and well-being.
• Managing client relationships and participating in care planning as a contact person.
• Documenting, following up, and ensuring that interventions are carried out according to assistance decisions and current guidelines.
• Contributing to the development and maintenance of high-quality care.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a certified assistant nurse.
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B).
• Has experience working in home care.
• Is proficient in documentation and has experience with municipal activity systems and care implementation plans.
• Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
