About the Role

As a Designer in Product Integration, you are responsible for developing the product adaptations required to equip a tractor with a front loader. You will have technical responsibility for one or more tractor brands, where you are responsible for developing the technical solutions needed to sell front loaders for these tractors. You work on finding customized solutions for the mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical interface between the front loader and the tractor, with the help of your colleagues. You do this through 3D scanning, data collection, and classic design work, later verifying the design during prototype assembly. This means you have the opportunity to be part of the entire journey, from project start to finished product. The role involves working on several parallel projects with short development times between project start and finished product.

In this role, it is important to have the ability to prioritize, remain calm, and get things done. It is important to enjoy creating and maintaining long-term customer relationships, as the position involves direct contact with customers and other partners.
