We are now looking for an SQE (Supplier Quality Engineer) who wants to help secure quality in our supply chain – and grow together with us at Rototilt.

In the role of SQE with us, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing suppliers and supplier relationships
• Driving and documenting root cause investigations
• Driving and documenting non-conformance cases
• Ensuring that prototype samples are handled, documented, and communicated to relevant stakeholders in collaboration with affected functions
• Ensuring that control reports to suppliers are handled and communicated to relevant stakeholders
• Actively supporting processes for supplier follow-up and development
• In consultation with affected functions, deciding on and implementing updates or creation of governing documents
• Communicating with supplier representatives and, if necessary, other stakeholders

You have a technical education or equivalent experience and express yourself fluently in Swedish and English. You may be at the beginning of your career or ready for the next step. The most important thing is your interest in technology and your willingness to develop within quality and supplier work.

As an SQE at Rototilt, you work closely with purchasing, quality, and production. You will receive a good introduction, support from experienced colleagues, and the opportunity to grow into the role. You are curious, analytical, and thrive in collaboration. You are good at building relationships and want to improve quality together with our suppliers. Experience in quality or supplier work is meritorious but not a requirement – we value your willingness to learn and contribute.
