Do you want to spend the summer in a unique archipelago setting and work as part of a tight-knit team? We are now looking for you to work as all-round staff at Siaröfortet during the summer season of 2026.
At our place, the pace varies quickly – weather, number of guests, and events dictate the day. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is flexible, stress-resistant, and enjoys working with a wide variety of tasks.
About the position
You will work across our entire operation and be a key part of the daily running of the business. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Serving in the restaurant and café
- Cleaning common areas
- Making beds and cleaning rooms
- Preparations for opening and events
- Other routine tasks within operations
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience from the restaurant, hotel, or service industry
- Is customer-focused, responsible, and solution-oriented
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and handles quick changes well
- Is flexible and not afraid to pitch in where needed
- Speaks multiple languages (an advantage)
