We are now looking for two Team Leaders for the Employment Unit (AME) within the VIA Administration. Your responsibilities

As a Team Leader, you play a central role in the daily work within AME's operations. You lead the work in a group where participants are undergoing work training, while simultaneously being involved in the practical work yourself.

You are responsible for planning, structuring, and following up on the daily work, ensuring that tasks are carried out with the right quality and according to the organization's routines. An important part of the role is to supervise participants, adapt tasks based on their conditions, and support them in their development towards working life.

The role also includes:

• holding follow-up conversations with participants
• identifying strengths and areas for development
• motivating and creating engagement within the group
• contributing to a secure and structured work environment

The work is carried out in close collaboration with colleagues and management, where you together create the conditions for participants to take the next step.

The positions are linked to different operations within AME, for example:

• Car wash and Outdoor group
• Ta Till Vara (TTV)

The exact placement and focus will be determined through dialogue based on both the operation's needs and your skills and experience. The work may involve assignments in both Leksand and Rättvik.

Your profile

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in e.g., social work, pedagogy, behavioral science, or equivalent
• Experience working with people in transition, supervision, or support
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills and experience with documentation
• Valid B driver's license

Merits

• Experience from employment initiatives or similar operations
• Experience leading groups or work teams
• Training in methods such as MI, BIP, or Supported Employment
• Practical qualifications (e.g., brush cutter, chainsaw, ATV, YKB)
