Security Guard/Operator – Full-time Day Shift

About the Role

As a security guard with an operational focus, you play a central role in daily security work. You are responsible for monitoring, assessing, and handling security-related incidents in real-time, while supporting operations through professional communication and efficient incident management.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident in their professional duties, has a strong security mindset, and enjoys working with technical systems. You must be able to make well-founded decisions even in situations requiring rapid response.

This is a full-time position with day-shift hours.

Please note that this role involves carrying a firearm, which places high demands on responsibility, judgment, and professionalism.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has prior experience working in security or similar security-related operations.
• Is a certified security guard according to current requirements.
• Is approved by the County Administrative Board to work in an authorized security company.
• Is service-oriented and has strong communication skills.
• Enjoys working with technical systems and via telephone.
• Is calm, structured, and has good multitasking abilities.
• Is self-reliant, detail-oriented, and confident in a changing environment.
• Has excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Has a clean criminal record and sound financial standing.

Qualifications That Are a Plus

• HAS training (Health, Safety, and Environment)
• Security guard with operational focus
• Multilingualism
• Valid driver’s license (Category B)
