We are now looking for process operators for a facility in Hammar for work on an as-needed basis. This is a great opportunity for you who want to get your foot in the door in the industry, work extra hours, and contribute to a business where teamwork and the right attitude are important.

Job Description & Offer

As a process operator, you work in a facility where materials are processed and sorted in a production process. You become part of a team that ensures the flow operates safely and efficiently throughout the day.

This is a temporary position based on need, meaning you step in during absences or extra demand in the operation – sometimes with short notice. The assignment runs from now through the summer.

Work shifts:

• 06:00–14:00
• 14:00–22:00
• 22:00–06:00

Responsibilities

In this role, you work close to the production and have a varied daily routine where you switch between several tasks. Your duties include, among other things:

• standing at the conveyor belt and manually sorting out materials that should not continue in the process (e.g., non-glass)
• monitoring the flow in the facility
• working practically out in the production
• cleaning where there are spills or dust
• keeping order and tidiness in your own cleaning area
• performing simple maintenance and cleaning of machines

The work is physical and involves moving around a lot in the facility, sometimes on stairs. You need to enjoy an active job where you are attentive, self-reliant, and stay one step ahead of what needs to be done.

Requirements for the position:

• Driver's license and access to a car (if you do not live in close proximity to Hammar)
