Previous experience is desired
Location: Headquarters, Örebro

About the Job
At AMEXCI, you will become a vital part of the manufacturing flow for advanced 3D-printed metal components, from metal powder to finished component.
We are now looking for an experienced CNC technician who wants to work closely with production, post-processing, and quality control in a modern industrial environment. You will program, set up, and operate our 5-axis machines, while also contributing to fixture design, tool selection, and smarter working methods.
This role is perfect for you if you enjoy precision, problem-solving, and advanced materials.
We work with materials such as titanium, Inconel, 316L, and aluminum.
Responsibilities
- Program, set up, and operate 5-axis CNC machines with Heidenhain control systems
- Develop and optimize programs in Mastercam
- Build fixtures and select the right tools for the job
- Measure, monitor, and quality-assure your own work
- Contribute to post-processing, such as deburring, grinding, polishing, and buffing
- Handle EDM wire cutting and blasting as needed
- Document production and quality logs
- Contribute to order, structure, and 5S in production
Who You Are
We believe you are a driven and experienced CNC technician who enjoys jobs that require both precision and problem-solving. You thrive taking responsibility for your work, from programming and fixturing to measurement, adjustment, and finished parts. You are used to working independently but also appreciate close collaboration with colleagues in production, engineering, and quality. At AMEXCI, collaboration is a key part of everyday life — we help each other, share knowledge, and solve problems together to achieve the right quality at every step. Since we work with complex components and sometimes short lead times, you need to be flexible, solution-oriented, and comfortable prioritizing when conditions change.
We would like you to have:
- At least 5 years of experience with 5-axis CNC machining
- Experience with difficult-to-machine materials such as aluminum, steel, titanium, or superalloys
- Experience with both prototyping and small series production
- Good knowledge of Heidenhain TNC 620 and Mastercam, or equivalent
- Experience in building or adapting fixtures
- A strong focus on quality and the ability to measure and monitor your own work
- Fluency in Swedish and English
What We Offer
At AMEXCI, you will become part of a knowledgeable and engaged team of over 30 people in our newly built facility in Örebro, fully adapted for industrial metal 3D printing.
Here you will work close to the entire chain — from additive manufacturing and heat treatment to post-processing, measurement, and quality control. This means your work will become a crucial part of how we build stable, repeatable, and quality-assured processes for industrial production.
We offer a modern work environment, short decision-making paths, and the opportunity to help develop working methods in a growing company.
