Your Tasks

• Work with CNC programming and program adjustments.
• Work with ISO/CAM programming and optimization of existing programs.
• Support production with technical questions.
• Optimize programs, tools, and processes.
• Work with improvement work and efficiency.
• Ensure that instructions and documentation work in production.
• Participate in prioritization and daily management related to production.
• Collaborate closely with production, quality, and technical functions.

You will belong to CNC Engineering, a team of approximately 9 people who work with production, CNC programming, production support, optimization, and continuous improvement work.

Our Expectations

We are looking for you who have experience with CNC programming and who are confident in ISO/CAM programming, which is a requirement for the role.

You have previously worked in a production-oriented environment where you combined programming with an understanding of machines, production, and processes.

To thrive in the role, you need to be communicative, responsible, and solution-oriented. You like to work close to operations and enjoy supporting others, solving problems, and contributing to improvements in daily work. We also believe that you are self-motivated and have the ability to prioritize and see the big picture in production. You appreciate collaboration and are happy to contribute both knowledge and energy to the team.

You need to be comfortable with English as technical documentation and some contacts are conducted in English.
