About the role

Do you want to work practically in a varied role within industrial production? We are now looking for a machine operator for our client in Degerfors! In this role, you will work with sheet metal of various sizes and thicknesses, where the tasks consist of both machine operation and manual work. The manufacturing process is varied, meaning you need to be comfortable with craft-based work and able to adapt to different tasks. The production includes equipment such as cutting machines, gas cutting, and press machines. You will work based on drawings in your daily routine and become an important part of the entire manufacturing process. We are looking for someone with experience working in a workshop environment, preferably with elements of pressing, cutting, or slicing. If you have recently completed an industrial technical education, you are also warmly welcome to apply, as the client offers on-site training. The most important thing is that you have a genuine technical interest and a desire to develop and learn new things. As a person, you are practical, detail-oriented, and responsible. You enjoy working with your hands and have a solution-oriented approach. Having a forklift or crane license is a plus.
