About the role We are currently looking for assemblers for upcoming assignments with our client in Lindesberg. Are you hands-on, have a technical interest, and thrive in a high-paced production environment with a strong team spirit? Then this could be the right opportunity for you!

As an assembler, you will work on assembling components within an engaged team. The tasks include, among other things, the assembly of front and rear axles as well as gearboxes, supported by thorough training and visual aids to guide you through the assembly process. You will become a vital part of the production team where quality, precision, and collaboration are key.

The work may be scheduled in different shifts depending on the needs of the assignment. Usually, work is performed during day and evening shifts, but night work may also be required. We therefore value candidates who are flexible and able to work at varying times.

The working hours for the different shifts are as follows:

Day: Monday–Thursday 06:30–15:36, Fridays 06:30–12:00

Evening: Monday–Thursday 15:36–23:42, Fridays 12:00–17:42

Night: Sundays 22:54–06:30, Monday–Thursday 23:42–06:30

Responsibilities

• Assembly of components for heavy vehicles, such as wheel axles.
• Work at the production line, mostly standing, usually in teams of two.
• Monitoring of the production flow and ensuring quality.
• Contributing to the optimization and efficiency of production processes.
• Basic maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Some forklift operation may be required.
• Adhering to safety regulations and work routines.

The work can be both physically demanding and technically challenging, depending on the assignment's scope. Rotation between different departments may occur!
