We are looking for a Production Technician/Preparer at Sepson, located in Vansbro!

Sepson is now looking for a Production Technician/Preparer who wants to take a holistic approach to production methods and contribute to developing a modern and efficient manufacturing environment. Could it be you we are looking for?

Your Responsibilities

As a Production Technician/Preparer at Sepson, you play a central role in ensuring that production has the right prerequisites to manufacture products with high quality and efficiency. You work close to the operations and act as a link between design, production, quality, and purchasing.

In this role, you are responsible for analyzing production and production flows for Sepson's winches and rack systems, as well as developing methods that create structure and standardization in the business. You create and maintain production documentation, assembly instructions, and preparations in the business system Monitor G5, ensuring that the documentation is correct, clear, and adapted for production. You also work with time studies, deviation management, and ensuring bills of materials and operation structures.

Furthermore, you actively work to identify areas for improvement and drive efficiency in production. You participate in the introduction of new products and changes to existing products, conduct analysis work such as time studies and root cause analyses, and contribute to developing methods and work processes.

You also serve as technical support to production in daily work and play an important role in training and supporting employees in new methods and instructions. The role involves close collaboration with several functions and a great opportunity to influence how production develops forward.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have experience from the manufacturing industry and have worked with production technology, preparation, or production development. You have a good technical understanding and are accustomed to interpreting drawings and technical documentation.

You have experience working in business systems, preferably Monitor G5, as well as creating work instructions and production documentation. Furthermore, you have good knowledge of Swedish and English.

Experience in mechanical assembly, hydraulic systems, or improvement work within areas such as Lean or 5S is meritorious.

As a person, you are structured, analytical, and solution-oriented. You thrive in a role where you get to work close to operations and combine theory with practice. You are communicative and team-oriented, while also having your own drive and taking responsibility for moving the work forward.

Sepson is in a clear growth phase where new methods and structures need to be established. The role of Production Technician/Preparer is new, which gives you a unique opportunity to shape processes, methods, and structure from scratch.

You will become a key person in creating a more standardized and proactive production flow, while working close to operations and contributing to increased collaboration between functions.
