The Care Administration is looking for two assistant nurses for the Staffing Unit. The positions are temporary full-time with a start date of 2026-09-01. The recruitment process will begin during the application period.

Job Responsibilities

Staff in the Staffing Unit work within both Elderly Care and Disability Services throughout Tanum Municipality. After an introductory program, you will serve as a short-term resource with care and nursing duties, covering absences and strengthening staffing levels as needed. You will enjoy a varied job with multiple workplaces in your area.

Qualifications

Completion of the Nursing Program (Assistant Nurse) and passing grades in Swedish 1 and Social Studies at the upper secondary level. Basic computer skills are meritorious. Great importance is placed on good teamwork skills and experience in care and nursing work, as well as personal suitability. An advantage is if you have education and experience working with people with dementia and psychiatry. Computer proficiency is required as documentation is done through the IT system Treserva.

Requirement to hold the protected professional title of Assistant Nurse or fall under transitional provisions to be offered the position of Assistant Nurse.

Conditions

You will be part of the permanent staffing group and meet your colleagues at regular workplace meetings. Monthly salary and other employment benefits according to the current collective agreement.
