We are now looking for a personal assistant for a woman in her 40s who lives alone in an independent apartment in Kalmar. The client needs support in her daily life, and you will be an important part of creating security, structure, and a functional everyday life.

The position is at 50% and includes both awake nights and weekend shifts.

About the position

• Employment percentage: 50%

• Shifts:

  • Awake nights

  • Weekend shifts

The work involves among other things transfers and operating the client's wheelchair, which requires good physical fitness.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a personal assistant who:

• Is positive and forward-looking

• Has good ability to understand and speak Swedish

• Can take initiative

• Enjoys collaborating with others

• Has good physical health

• Is not allergic to fur-bearing animals, as a dog sometimes visits the home

Experience in personal assistance is meritorious but not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Support in the client's daily life and personal care

• Transfers and handling of the wheelchair

• Create security, structure, and good treatment

• Collaboration with other assistants in the team

We conduct background checks.

You need to present extracts from the criminal record and suspicion register when employed with a child client.
