We are now looking for a calm, stable, and empathetic nursing assistant who wants to work night shifts, has the ability to take initiative, and has a genuine interest in providing good service to our elderly residents.
About the position
You will work with residents who have reduced cognitive abilities due to dementia, providing support and care, independently and in collaboration with other healthcare staff, to ensure good and safe care for the residents.
We apply a 16-week schedule with shifts scheduled from 21:00 to 07:00, and weekend work occurs approximately every third weekend. The position is permanent at 70% of a full-time workload of 34.20 hours/week.
Your duties include among other things:
- Personal care of residents, such as help with hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
- Delegation from the nurse regarding medication, wound dressing changes, and sample collection.
- Collaborate with other healthcare staff to ensure good care and support for residents.
- Provide support and care.
About our offer:

About you
For this position, you need:
- To be a trained nursing assistant with a certificate of protected professional title.
- Have good computer skills as documentation is done digitally.
- Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing.
It is meritorious if you also have:
- Experience with mental illness and geriatric diseases.

About us
Eneberg is a nursing home with 72 apartments located on Lundmansgatan in central Norrtälje. 25 of the apartments belong to our two dementia care units, Översten and Enebo. We are approx. 35 people who work here every day. It is staffed around the clock and nurses, doctors, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists also work here. We are a group that works to create a home that we ourselves would choose to live in.
We are part of Tiohundra – the complete care company in Roslagen.
