We are looking for assistant nurses who are calm, secure, and empathetic. You have a genuine interest in providing our elderly residents with good care and service, and you are eager to take initiative in your work.
About the position
Depending on the position you are recruited for, you will work either on a ward for people with dementia and reduced cognitive function, or on a somatic ward. In both cases, you will provide support and care to our residents and their relatives.
You work closely with your colleagues and are part of a team where we together ensure safe and high-quality care for every individual.
We offer three permanent positions at 75% of full-time (full-time equivalent 37 hours/week). Working hours are scheduled during days and evenings, with shifts every other weekend. A fixed schedule applies.
Your duties include, among other things:
- Personal care for residents, such as assistance with hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
- Delegation from nurses regarding medication, wound care, and sample collection.
- Participate in planning and implementing activities for the residents.
- Provide support and care to residents and relatives.
- Collaborate with other healthcare staff to ensure good care and support for residents.
About our offer:

About you
For this position, you need:
- To be a trained assistant nurse with a certificate of protected professional title.
- Have good computer skills as documentation is done digitally.
- Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing.
It is an advantage if you also have:
- Experience of mental illness and geriatric diseases.

About us
Eneberg is a nursing home with 72 apartments located on Lundmansgatan in central Norrtälje. 25 of the apartments belong to our two dementia homes, Översten and Enebo. There are approximately 35 people working here every day. It is staffed around the clock, and nurses, doctors, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists also work here. We are a group working to create a home that we ourselves would choose to live in.
We are part of Tiohundra – the complete care company in Roslagen.
