Primary School Teacher (Temporary) at Ringeltaub School

We are now looking for you who are a primary school teacher for a temporary position at Ringeltaub School, with the possibility of extension.

Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities involve planning, implementing, and evaluating work individually and together with other educators at the school, according to the school's governing documents and with our vision in sight.

You are responsible for the planning, implementation, evaluation, and assessment of teaching for grade 6 during the academic year 2026/27 in the subjects Swedish, English, Mathematics, Natural Science (NO), and Social Science (SO), as well as English in grade 5. It may also be the case that you will have some lessons in other grades to optimize your schedule.

As a teacher, you work to promote each student's development and learning. It is your responsibility to create good relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. You are an adult role model for all students at the school.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for you who have teacher education and teacher certification for grades 4–6. You have previous experience as a teacher in the Swedish primary school system and have good linguistic skills in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

To succeed and thrive with us, you need to have good cooperation skills, be receptive, and easily able to put yourself in other people's perspectives. You need to be confident in yourself, stable, and have good self-awareness.

It is important in the role that you have a well-developed pedagogical ability. You have a good understanding of how children and young people acquire knowledge and about different prerequisites for learning. It is also important that you are flexible and can easily adapt to changed circumstances in the operations.

Other Information

Since public transportation does not align with working hours, we recommend that you have a B driver's license and access to your own car if you do not live nearby.

The positions are subject to register checks. Applicants must provide an extract from the police's criminal record register before employment takes place.
