About the position

As a preschool teacher with us, you have a key role in leading the pedagogical work and creating a learning environment where children can grow and develop. You plan, implement, and evaluate teaching together with your colleagues, and contribute actively to ensuring the preschool's education maintains high quality.

• Are a qualified preschool teacher with a valid license.
• Have good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish.
• Have a high work ethic and a genuine commitment to children's learning.
• Are relational, empathetic, and see the importance of building good relationships with both children, colleagues, and guardians.
• Are cooperative, flexible, and have an easy time adapting to new situations.

A little about us:

Our preschool is located near Bäckby Center and is a small, family-like unit with two departments. The preschool is multicultural, where the educators work from an intercultural approach. This means meeting guardians and children with openness, respect, reflection, and empathy.

The preschool works with clarifying pedagogy and PECS (TAKK). The curriculum (Lpfö18) and the Convention on the Rights of the Child guide us in all aspects throughout the day.

We expect you to be active and follow the child, guiding and mentoring their learning and progression. It is of great importance that you speak Swedish well.
