Job Description
The duties consist of research, educational planning, teaching, and examination in pure legal science education programs such as the upcoming Law Programme. Some teaching within other professional education programs with legal science components may occur.
For the first two years, 50 percent of the position involves research, in the third year 30 percent, and thereafter according to the then current working time agreement (currently 20 percent). The appointment requires that the applicant has documented good collaboration skills both in relation to student groups and colleagues within work teams and research environments.
Ability to teach in Swedish and English is required.

Guiding for the assessment of scientific skill is the independence, extent, and quality of one's own research. The pedagogical skill should have been demonstrated through teaching and refers to both the development, planning, implementation, and evaluation of teaching, as well as supervision and examination. The pedagogical skill should show a reflective approach to students' learning and to one's own role as a teacher.
When the university hires new teachers, the applicants should be chosen who, through a qualitative overall assessment, are judged to have the best prerequisites for carrying out and developing current job duties and contributing to a successful development of the operations.
