About Us

Fastighet within Umeå Municipality is one of Umeå's larger builders and managers of premises. We work with new construction, renovation, and maintenance of our premises. Together with two engineering colleagues, you will be responsible for establishing and updating our maintenance plan as well as technical documentation, for example by quality-assuring our as-built documentation.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will work with both maintenance planning and the handling of our technical documentation. You play a key role in creating structure and long-term perspective, contributing your competence to both everyday issues and more complex assignments.

You will among other things:

• share responsibility for developing, updating, and following up on the work with our maintenance plan
• support the planning engineer during inspections and technical investigations, for example by writing protocols with action proposals and cost estimates
• administer and update maintenance and production plans as well as handle technical documentation according to current routines – the work takes place primarily in our system support, such as Pythagoras, Antura, and our digital archive
• using our 3D scanner, create necessary basis material to quality-assure the technical documentation, such as as-built drawings
• collaborate with internal operations, contractors, and other partners

About You

We are looking for you with a strong technical interest who thrives in a role where you get to combine analysis, structure, and collaboration. You are meticulous and responsible, have a holistic perspective, and prioritize effectively. You communicate clearly, collaborate well with different competencies, and work solution-oriented. We place great importance on personal suitability.

Requirements

• University education in construction technology or equivalent competence
• Experience with maintenance planning and property management
• Good understanding of building physics and technical installations
• Experience working in property or maintenance systems (e.g., Pythagoras, Plania, Incit Xpand)
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Fluent Swedish and good English skills

Merits

• Education in CAD
• Experience from public or municipal property management and inspections
• Practical experience from craftsmanship work in construction
