We are looking for earthworks and civil engineering workers to strengthen our team during the high season of 2026, with a chance of permanent employment after the earthworks and civil engineering season. About the role

As an earthworks and civil engineering worker at Install Infra, you will have a varied daily routine where you work on interesting projects for our customers. The tasks include:

• Earthworks for foundation laying
• Paving
• Preparation for asphalt paving
• Water and sewage (VA) works

The work takes place mainly outdoors and the projects vary in scope. To make your daily life smooth, working hours are scheduled during the day, Monday to Friday.

You start your employment with an introduction where we ensure you receive a thorough onboarding and quickly get into both the role and the company. Together with your manager, you will create a joint plan for your development with us. The high season runs from May to November 2026, and there are good opportunities for further employment if the collaboration works well for both parties.

We are looking for you who

We believe that your commitment and drive are the most important factors for thriving and succeeding with us. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating but is also comfortable working independently when required.

To be considered for the role, we see that you:

• Have a valid driver's license (Category B)
• Master Swedish in speech and writing

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience or education within earthworks/civil engineering, such as water and sewage works, paving, or stone setting
• Experience in reading drawings
• Certificates for "Work on Road" and/or Safe Construction are advantageous. Otherwise, these training courses are provided before your employment begins at Install Infra.
