Samskapa is growing and needs more colleagues who want to make a difference! If you recognize yourself in the description, maybe we are looking for you?
Samskapa is a professional alternative with high capacity, but also soul. We believe in models, but we believe even more in people. It is not the manual that changes lives, it is the adult who stays when the wind blows.
Samskapa offers support and treatment to vulnerable children, young people, and their families. We work based on the concept of Professional Integrated Treatment (PIB), which means that Samskapa takes full responsibility for integrating the interventions children and young people need to gain increased social competence and improved quality of life.

About the role:
As a therapist, you work with young people of varying ages with complex social issues combined with NPD (Neuropsychiatric Disorders), relationship difficulties, anxiety, and trauma. By creating safety, structure, and a home-like environment, you contribute to giving each young person the best conditions for development and hope for the future.
The young people may have strong emotional expressions and sometimes acting-out behavior. Therefore, you need to be a secure and stable adult who can see behind the behavior, build trusting relationships, and stay present even when it is most challenging. With us, the relationship is the most important tool, and you become a significant person in the young people's daily lives.
The work is varied and meaningful. You combine daily chores with relationship-building conversations and individually adapted treatment interventions based on each young person's unique needs. You work independently and take great personal responsibility but are also part of an engaged and non-hierarchical team. You will also have an on-site leader and access to both regular supervision and specialist support.
The position also includes documentation according to current legal requirements and close collaboration with social services and other key actors around the young person.
Information about the position:
Location: Sölvesborg
Working hours: 24-hour shifts
Scope: 85%
Employment type: Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period
Start: According to agreement
We are looking for someone who has:
- Post-secondary education of at least two years within social work (e.g., social pedagogue, treatment pedagogue, social worker, behavioral scientist, or other education that the employer deems equivalent).
- At least one year of experience in similar work with children and young people.
- Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Valid driver's license (Category B).
It is meritorious if you have:
- Education and/or experience in low-arousal approaches and work in threat and violence situations.
- Training or courses focused on neuropsychiatric disabilities or other knowledge relevant to our target group.
- Knowledge in clarifying pedagogy, such as TEACCH, AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication), TAC (Total Communication), or equivalent methods.
- Basic knowledge of BBIC and/or IBIC.
- Experience with documentation and working in various journal systems.
Personal qualities:
We believe that you are a calm and secure person who finds it easy to build good relationships with young people. You meet young people with warmth and respect but are also comfortable setting boundaries when necessary.
You maintain your composure even in pressurized situations and understand that young people's behavior is often an expression of something else. You have patience and are genuinely interested in supporting young people in their development.
You take responsibility for both your own work and the common mission. As a colleague, you contribute to good cooperation and a secure and positive work environment for both young people and employees.
Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
We offer you:
We value sustainability both for the young people and for our employees. Therefore, we care about a good balance between work and leisure and offer you the opportunity to develop in your profession. Among other things, you will get:
- Thorough introduction with scheduled follow-ups

- Generous wellness allowance and a work schedule that provides a good balance between work and leisure
- Well-educated and experienced leaders who support you
- Opportunity to grow within the organization
