About Technical Property Service

Technical Property Service is a company based in Northern Sweden that handles maintenance and development of properties for customers who are property owners and users within industry, public sector, and commercial operations. The company operates within service and preventive maintenance of building technical installations for ventilation, heating, cooling, electricity, and automation. The operations are located in Northern Sweden with offices in 16 locations from Uppsala in the south to Luleå in the north, and with headquarters in Sundsvall. Technical Property Service is part of the Fenix Holding AB group, which has nearly 500 employees, of whom approximately 250 are employed at TFS.

About the Role

In the role of Project Manager for electrical services, you will perform estimates and cost calculations for projects within electrical contracting. The role suits you if you are advancing in your career and want to take a more coordinating role where you work closely with projects, technology, and customers.

You will also plan, lead, and distribute work within the electrical field and drive several smaller projects in parallel. You are responsible for the entire project lifecycle from start to finish and ensure budget, schedule, and progress. Furthermore, you work with tenders, estimates, and project follow-up, and have contact with customers regarding changes in the project based on materials such as drawings and descriptions. You also participate in project follow-up together with the site manager and controller.

Qualifications

• Experience from the electrical industry
• Experience in estimating, tenders, project management, or financial follow-up is meritorious
• Experience working in projects with responsibility for planning, coordination, or similar is meritorious
• Good computer skills and good knowledge of the Office package
• Category B driver's license is a requirement
