We are now looking for a development-oriented and technology-interested Project Assistant/Designer who enjoys participating in assignments within mechanical engineering. Location: Luleå.

About the role

As a Project Assistant, you will become part of an engaged team working to develop and improve our production facilities.

Your main responsibilities

You will be part of a group of engineers who, in close collaboration with production and maintenance, develop and improve our existing and new production facilities. The assignments include preliminary studies, design, construction, implementation, and documentation.

Your role involves ensuring that existing systems for facility documentation are managed and kept up to date. We are in a phase where we are replacing our current systems, so a key part of the assignment is to contribute to this work.

If you have a background in mechanical design, the role includes performing mechanical design tasks in addition to facility documentation work.

About you

We are looking for someone with experience in facility documentation within the industry or another suitable background. We believe you are an individual with an orderly mindset who likes structure, is curious about new technology, and enjoys managing documentation systems.

Knowledge of design work within mechanical/civil/media engineering is an advantage for this position.

You are proficient in working in CAD and drawing environments. For the right candidate, the role may also include system responsibility for our CAD systems after some time.

In this role, we see a responsible, proactive, and cooperative person with the ability to deliver results. It is also important that you are structured and receptive. One of your driving forces is building relationships and trust. We assume that you are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
