Your Responsibilities

As our Restaurant Supervisor for Drott Bar, you are the heart of our guests' experience. You greet our guests with a genuine smile and contagious energy. With a sharp eye for detail and a sense for rhythm, you create a warm, welcoming, and inspiring atmosphere where every guest feels seen and cared for. The role involves working evenings and weekends.

Your Main Tasks

• Deliver outstanding service: Actively meet and interact with our guests to ensure personal, heartfelt, and professional service. You create those small but meaningful moments!
• Be the heart of operations: You are operationally active and a natural part of the team, ready to perform all tasks required to give the guest a fantastic experience.
• Lead and distribute work: Responsible for station allocation and workload distribution for the department. You maintain a positive atmosphere within the team, handle issues that arise during shifts, and take responsibility for resolving them.
• Drive upselling: Lead and inspire the team to maximize upselling and be a role model in every guest interaction.
• Maintain a sparkling environment: Responsible for ensuring that Drott Bar, the hotel dining room, and serving areas are always spotlessly clean and organized. A clean and beautiful environment is part of the experience!
• Contribute to the team's success: You understand and work towards increased profitability, high quality, and achieving the department's set goals.

We would be especially happy if you also have:

• Previous experience in leadership or as a head waiter.
• Experience from the hospitality industry: Have you previously worked in restaurants, bars, or hotels? This background is a great advantage for quickly getting into the role and understanding our guests' needs.
• A natural service mindset: You have an innate ability to see what the guest needs and act proactively. With a positive and solution-oriented approach, you turn every challenge into an opportunity to delight!
• Ability to handle high tempo: You thrive working in a structured and efficient manner, even when the pace is fast. You keep your cool and deliver with precision!

The position is permanent starting from late summer. This is a permanent position at 70% (we apply a probationary period) with start date and salary according to agreement.
