At Hälsolänken, we have worked with occupational health and safety, wellness, and rehabilitation for over 40 years. With competence and commitment, we assist both small and large organizations in achieving their goals within occupational health and safety. Our approach and close collaboration have proven successful in our customers' efforts to reduce sick leave.

We have operations in Torsby, Sunne, Årjäng, Åmotfors, Arvika, Hagfors, and Munkfors. Currently, we have approximately 500 client companies with a total of around 14,500 employees, and the business is growing steadily.

We are an experienced team consisting of occupational physicians, occupational nurses, physiotherapists, ergonomists, occupational health and safety engineers, behavioral scientists, licensed psychotherapists, addiction therapists, wellness consultants, health therapists, and administrative staff.

About the Job

The role of Occupational Health and Safety Engineer involves both independent work and teamwork. You will work proactively, preventively, and supportively based on identified needs in close collaboration with our clients and other professional categories. The work is carried out together with the employer and their safety representatives.

You will primarily work with:

• Exposure measurements such as noise, chemicals, dust/particles, vibrations, lighting, and indoor climate.
• Risk assessments together with our affiliated clients, for example through safety rounds and safety committee meetings.
• Consulting based on the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations and amendments.
• Consulting regarding concerns about factors affecting the work environment.
• Advice on work environment and risk awareness.
• Training in the work environment area as per the points above, systematic work environment management, and improved work environment.
• Contact with authorities when necessary.

The location is at one of our operational sites. Travel occurs to all our units and to clients. Our working hours are weekdays during daytime.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are educated as an Occupational Health and Safety Engineer.

You enjoy meeting people, are driven, creative, and receptive with a holistic perspective.

We place great importance on your personal qualities, where empathetic handling is a significant factor, as well as the ability to express yourself well in speech and writing. The work is responsible and can sometimes be experienced as stressful.

The work involves travel, so a driver's license is a requirement.
