We are now looking for a District Manager for District South 5, which consists of:
- Värnamo
- Växjö
- Kalmar
About the role
As a District Manager for Vehicle Inspection, you have a central role in ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in the daily operations within your district. You have both operational and economic responsibility and actively participate in production with inspections. Your responsibilities also include quality assurance, working environment, and customer relations, as well as follow-up and reporting on the business's performance.
Your main tasks include:
- Leading and distributing work within the district to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Responsible for maintaining a high service level and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct and follow up on employee interviews and participate in competence follow-up.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff within the district.
- Responsible for training and introduction of new services and products.
- Participate in production, maintain certificates, and inspect vehicles.
- Hold information meetings for staff regarding quality, technology, working environment, and economy.
- Build and maintain customer relations and be responsible for sales to corporate and private customers.
- Make decisions on local investments, purchases, and maintenance activities.
Your profile
This is a broad and responsible role for you who want to combine leadership with operational work and have an eye for both quality and customer relations. We are looking for you who are an inspiring leader with the ability to motivate and engage your employees. You are business-minded and have strong organizational skills that help you handle multiple tasks simultaneously and set the right priorities. As a communicative and trustworthy person, you are also skilled at building long-term relationships, both internally and externally.
Experience from vehicle inspection and/or technical vehicle control is a requirement.
To be eligible, you have:
- K1 Certificate (current or previous holders accepted).
- Driver's license (manual).
- Leadership qualities (previous experience in leadership is meritorious).
- Education in technology, preferably at upper secondary or university level.
- Access to a car.

Location: You start from your home station with travel to other stations in your district.
Scope: Permanent.
Salary: Individual salary setting.
