Södra Roslagens Förskolor AB consists of 5 preschools: Kusin Vitamin, Stenhällen, Junibacken, Smultronet, and Vintergatan. All preschools are located in the central parts of Vallentuna. The lines of communication to both the owner and management are short, providing good opportunities for influence and participation in the operations.

Job Description

As a preschool assistant (barnskötare), you contribute to a well-functioning daily routine at the preschool, ensuring that care and daily pedagogical work are based on children's participation and influence. Together with your colleagues, you help create a positive, meaningful, and developmental environment for each child and the entire group. You participate in pedagogical development work and documentation according to the preschool curriculum. You are engaged and actively participate in planning and evaluating the work. You also contribute to parent meetings and developmental conversations. The collaboration with guardians is trust-based, with the child's best interests as the focus.

Qualifications

You have a preschool assistant education and experience working as one. You are accustomed to documentation and express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. Previous experience in helping build the pedagogical environment and knowledge of its importance for children's development and learning is considered an advantage. Experience working with digital learning materials and using pedagogical documentation as a tool is also considered meritorious.
