At Svevia, we combine the small company's sense of community and team spirit with the stability of a large corporation. Here, you have the opportunity to develop as a road specialist – with engagement, collaboration, and responsibility.

Throughout the projects, you handle changes and create new models for machine control. You also provide support in regulation matters and surveying methods. As a person, you are confident in taking individual responsibility for the surveying in your projects. You collaborate easily with others and have a habit of checking and quality-assuring your work. You have a structured approach to work and can plan and communicate your own and others' work.
To be successful in this role, we believe you:
- Can handle a total station and GPS
- Have an interest in technical development
- Can produce as-built documentation
- Hold a valid B-driver's license
- Communicate well in Swedish, both orally and in writing
It is also meritorious if you are proficient in quantity regulation and quantity take-offs, and if you have Type 1 certification in Swedish Transport Administration tenders.
Part of Something Bigger
With well-knit work teams, we build Sweden from the ground up – in concrete, steel, wood, stone, and earth. We do this by building roads, bridges, quays, and concrete structures for industry, the state, and municipalities. Additionally, we break new ground and pave the way for water and sewage networks, wind power parks, and development areas. We also have specialized units within foundation work and soil remediation. Together with Svevia's other operations in road maintenance and paving, you become a crucial cog in a larger societal machine. This opens up new possibilities for innovation and problem-solving.
Why Svevia?
With us, you quickly become part of the team, and we pride ourselves on being a workplace for everyone. Decision-making paths are short, it is easy to influence, and to have your voice heard.
We have career paths for those who want to become managers and leaders, as well as for those who wish to develop in their current professional roles. We create success as a team. This is how we do business and generate results. This is how we make cities and the countryside function. Do you want to share the road with us?
