Your future role

At Sweco Architects in Luleå, we are a team of 9 people with broad expertise in architecture, planning, and interior design. We are driven by curiosity, creativity, and a flat hierarchy where we develop together. We are in a growth phase with many exciting assignments, and we are looking for you who want to actively contribute to the studio's continued development, work in all phases, and develop our business and market. You will have great opportunities to influence both your own role and our joint way of working. You lead and participate in projects from early stages and concept work to implementation and completed built environments. With your experience and commitment, you contribute to supporting and inspiring others in the team, as well as developing working methods and strengthening our market in collaboration with other colleagues. Through Sweco's breadth, you work closely with colleagues in other disciplines, which provides good conditions for taking a holistic approach and delivering high quality and customer satisfaction in our assignments.

The person we are looking for – is it you?

We are looking for you with a post-secondary or academic degree as an architect or engineer and who have at least 5 years of work experience in the role. You are confident in your role as an architect/building engineer, are structured, and have documented experience in leading complex assignments. You believe in teamwork, helping others, and are communicative. You are creative and care about both the whole and the details. You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
