Project Manager for Cooling Systems at Technical Property Service

Teknisk Fastighetsservice AB, TFS, is a company based in Northern Sweden that handles maintenance and development of properties for clients who are property owners and users within industry, public sector, and commercial operations. The company operates within service and preventive maintenance for building technical installations including ventilation, heating, cooling, electricity, and automation. The operations are located in Northern Sweden with offices in 16 locations from Uppsala in the south to Luleå in the north, and with headquarters in Sundsvall. TFS is part of the Fenix Holding AB group, which has nearly 500 employees, of whom approximately 250 are employed at TFS.

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will plan, lead, and distribute work within the service and installation of cooling systems. You will drive several smaller projects in parallel and be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from initiation, implementation, to closure.

In this coordinating role, you will plan resources, coordinate technicians, and ensure that the team delivers according to plan by monitoring progress, following up on activities, and proactively managing risks and opportunities. The role also includes service leadership, where you are responsible for planning and coordinating daily work, ensuring that service orders are carried out with high quality and good customer dialogue.

You have overall responsibility for, among other things, budget and schedule, ensuring that assignments are executed with high quality, good service, and profitability. Furthermore, you will handle customer matters regarding project changes based on received documentation such as drawings and descriptions, calculate and establish material and labor costs. You will also work with quotations, calculations, and project follow-up. As a Project Manager, you are a key part of the business, driving work forward and building good relationships with both customers and employees.

Qualifications

We believe that you, as a candidate, have a strong interest in technology, are confident, and self-assured in interactions with new people. You have experience in cooling systems and have previously worked in a role as a project manager, service manager, or team leader. Additionally, you have a good ability to structure your work, drive processes forward, and handle multiple assignments in parallel.

We also believe that you thrive in a role with many contact points, where you coordinate technicians, engage in dialogue with customers, and find solutions for our clients.

• Relevant technical education or equivalent
• Experience in project management, service management, or team leadership within cooling, with experience driving multiple projects
• Knowledge in heating, ventilation, and control technology is a plus
• Good computer skills and proficiency in the Office suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Valid B-class driver's license is required
