Active Support Home Care (Aktivt Stöd Hemtjänst) is part of Carico and offers care services with the individual in focus. Active Support Home Care is now looking for dedicated employees with previous experience from elderly care or home care services who want to make a difference every day for people in their own homes.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide individually adapted nursing care and support to customers in their homes.
• Perform household-related services such as cleaning, cooking, laundry, and shopping.
• Support independence and security for the customers.
• Document performed interventions according to current routines and digital systems.
• Collaborate with colleagues, relatives, and other professional groups within healthcare and social care.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience from working in home care, elderly care, or related operations.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• Education as an assistant nurse (undersköterska) or care assistant is an advantage but not a requirement.
• A B-driver's license may be required depending on the area of operation.

• Flexible and solution-oriented in various situations.
• Good teamwork skills and a sense of responsibility.
• Proactive and confident in independent work.
• Dedicated and service-oriented with a professional attitude.

Other Information

The positions are filled on an ongoing basis, and start dates are agreed upon.
