DUTIES

Health and Healthcare now has several exciting assignments for you who are a nurse with at least one year of experience.

Home Healthcare – Ordinary Housing

A job where clinical competence is combined with independence and personal encounters. If you have experience working independently and enjoy making your own decisions, prioritizing, and seeing the whole picture regarding the patient, you are likely the person we are looking for.

In this role, you are responsible for medical assessments, treatments, and follow-ups in the patient's home environment, in close collaboration with colleagues and other professions.

Specialized Housing in Rural Areas

Working as a nurse in specialized housing means an independent and meaningful assignment where you make a real difference in the daily lives of elderly people. The role combines medical responsibility with close, continuous, and person-centered care work. You get the opportunity to build long-term relationships with the residents, follow their health development, and be a central source of security in their lives.

As a nurse in specialized housing, you get to use your full competence both clinically and in the form of pedagogical support to colleagues. The role suits you who appreciate variation, responsibility, teamwork, and working structured with routines and quality work. It is a job where you see the significance of your work every day.

LSS/Social Psychiatry

We are now looking for an engaged and confident nurse who wants to work within LSS/Social Psychiatry – a role where you combine your medical competence with a genuine interest in people.

With us, you work close to the patient with a focus on participation, independence, and quality of life. As a nurse with us, you have a central role in health-promoting and rehabilitative work. You are responsible for medical assessments and follow-ups and supervise care staff in their daily work. The work takes place in close collaboration with patients, relatives, and other professions.

On-Call Service

As a nurse in on-call services, you get a dynamic and independent role where every work shift can look different. You go out on urgent visits to homes, specialized housing, within LSS and social psychiatry, make medical assessments, and make quick decisions that create security in situations where care needs arise here and now. The work also involves planned visits to ordinary housing, specialized housing (SäBo), and within LSS and social psychiatry.

The work requires clinical skill, good judgment, and the ability to prioritize.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Registered Nurse with at least one year of professional experience
• Category B driver's license

Employment Type: Permanent position.
Duration: Start date according to agreement.
