Dalbyhemmet is located in a nature-friendly environment with a large garden that creates good opportunities for both activities and relaxation. Here, we work with a rehabilitative approach and offer our residents an active everyday life with excursions and other planned activities. As an employee, you are part of a team with close collaboration between licensed colleagues, the operations manager, and nursing staff. An important and appreciated part of our way of working is that animals and gardening are included in the operations. We have chickens, rabbits, and cats living with us.

Description of duties
As a nurse with us, you will have the opportunity to make a difference by placing the resident at the center and contributing your competence, knowledge, and engagement. Your role will involve work with varying tasks within your area.

Your more concrete duties include:

  • assessing and planning the need for healthcare services (HSL) interventions and evaluating treatment results
  • supervising nursing staff
  • delegating healthcare service tasks to nursing staff
  • participating in team collaboration regarding residents, for example, concerning fall risk assessments and Senior Alert

As a nurse, you are part of the operations manager's leadership group together with other licensed personnel and team representatives. Our ambition is that you, together with us, develop the operations and yourself in close collaboration with your colleagues.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have:

  • a Swedish nursing license
  • experience with documentation and computers

It is an advantage if you have experience working with elderly people and age-related diseases.

As a person, you are flexible and adapt easily to changed circumstances where you see opportunities. Furthermore, you are goal- and result-oriented, with the ability to work systematically towards set goals and focus on delivering results. You have good collaboration skills and thrive working with others. You are receptive, communicate clearly, and contribute to smooth collaboration by listening, giving and receiving feedback, and handling any conflicts constructively. Finally, you are decisive and confident in making quick decisions even when information is limited or the situation is complex. You show good judgment under pressure and put your decisions into action.
