About the assignment

The Malmö operation area covers several municipalities, with Malmö and Lund being the largest. Some of the country's most trafficked European routes – E6, E20, E22 and Route 65 – pass through the area, making the assignment both complex and critical to society.

The role with us

As an operation and maintenance worker with us in Malmö, you will work with traffic closures, winter maintenance, ground work during snow-free periods, as well as smaller construction projects. The role includes on-call duties, which means responsibility for dispatching sanding trucks and plowing units, as well as managing communication with subcontractors. The on-call schedule is planned.

Who are you?

• We are looking for you with experience in earthworks and construction or other relevant experience from the contracting industry.
• You have a practical educational background and enjoy working in a team.
• A B-driver's license and good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing are required.
• C/CE driver's license categories are required.
• Hot works and Work on road 1.1, 1.2 1.3, 2.2 and 2.3 are meritorious.
• Loader operator certificate is meritorious.

The employment is a permanent position, probationary period applies.

The location is Malmö. The position includes winter on-call and summer readiness, which sometimes involves work outside regular working hours. You report to the site manager for the operation area.
