🕒 Working Hours

Working hours vary depending on the specific assignment. Longer shifts and 24-hour shifts are common, which requires flexibility and good planning skills.

👤 We are looking for someone who

• Has experience or knowledge of autism.
• Has experience or feels confident in handling challenging behavior.
• Is responsible, sensitive, and has a professional approach.
• Can work independently and follow established routines and methods.
• Is flexible regarding working hours.

✅ Requirements

• Category B driver's license for manual transmission.
• Access to your own car to commute to and from work.
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

⭐ Meritorious Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a personal assistant.
• Education in healthcare, elderly care, or pedagogy.
• Experience with low-affective interaction (calm de-escalation techniques).
