We are looking for a female personal assistant, aged 20-45, for a long-term position with a 35-year-old woman in Hammarby Sjöstad.

To qualify for this role, we have the following requirements:

• Female, aged 20-45
• Responsible, sensitive, honest, and empathetic
• Good teamwork skills, as this is a double-assistance position
• High work ethic
• Good physical condition, with no issues regarding back, knees, or shoulders
• Non-smoker

The client lives in her own apartment in Hammarby Sjöstad and has significant care needs due to multiple disabilities.

Since you will be working extensively with communication and acting as her voice as she does not speak, it is important that you can speak, write, and express yourself well in Swedish.

Music and singing are important parts of her daily life, so you should be able to let loose and sing with her. Having a childlike spirit is a plus. Other things that bring her joy are outdoor walks, visiting museums, and shopping centers.

Duties include assistance with meals, personal hygiene, mobility, exercise support, and household chores common in a home setting.

This is a physically demanding role, so you must not have any issues with your back, shoulders, or knees, as the client needs help with walking exercises and other mobility tasks.

As you will be working in a double-assistance team, it is important to collaborate well with all group members, and we place great emphasis on good chemistry with the client.

Scope: 88% position
Working hours: Weekdays 08:00-15:30 / 15:30-22:00, involving both day and evening shifts according to a rotating schedule.
Start date: According to agreement.
