Do you want to work as a physiotherapist in primary care, playing a central role in the first-line assessment of patients with musculoskeletal problems? ResponsibilitiesThe role involves working together with your colleagues to be responsible for the physiotherapy work at the health center, and thereby the care we provide to our patients. Your main responsibilities include being the primary contact for patients at the health center, independently conducting functional assessments, performing treatments, and planning and coordinating physiotherapy interventions. Treatment can take place both individually and in groups, and you will meet patients with issues throughout the musculoskeletal system. You will also collaborate with external actors, including municipal services, and play an active role in the development of the health center and its operations.
QualificationsFor this position, you must be a licensed physiotherapist and have good ability to work independently with assessment and treatment in primary care. Experience working as a physiotherapist in primary care and/or further education in areas such as OMT, MDT (McKenzie), or equivalent is considered an advantage. A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.
We are looking for someone who is confident in their professional role and can work independently with assessment and prioritization in a varied patient flow. You have a good manner of dealing with people, thrive in teamwork, and contribute to a positive work climate. You are flexible, take initiative, and want to be involved in developing the operations. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
