We are looking for a Process Leader for "På Lika Villkor" (On Equal Terms) in Torvalla, Östersund.

"På Lika Villkor" works in socio-economically disadvantaged areas with a focus on influence, organization, and interventions at the individual and group levels. The goal is to create sustainable solutions together with residents and partners that make a difference both in the short and long term.

In the role of Process Leader, you drive the operations forward and coordinate efforts in collaboration with local actors. You are responsible for developing and leading forum activities for children and young people, ensuring their voices are heard. You initiate and build activities rooted in the target group's needs. An important part of the assignment is also to plan and implement our award-winning initiative, Vibes. The role involves both operational work close to the target group and long-term development of the operations.

ARE YOU OUR NEW COLLEAGUE?

To succeed in the role, we see that you, as a candidate, have the following qualifications:

  • Relevant academic education or equivalent experience gained in other ways

  • Good knowledge of the issues the operation/project works with, such as socio-economic vulnerability, migration, violence, etc.

  • Experience in direct support work with the current target group

  • Very good Swedish and English skills, both spoken and written

  • Good digital skills in Office and Exchange

If you additionally have the following, we consider it meritorious:

  • Good knowledge of the Convention on the Rights of the Child and human rights-based work, as well as good knowledge of association life/voluntary work.

  • Experience in method development, project management, and/or work in non-profit organizations.

  • Language skills in languages other than Swedish.

As a person, you have an egalitarian approach in your collaboration with others and act as part of the team, including others. You have understanding for others' situations, listen, and show consideration. Furthermore, you are secure and dare to stand up for your own opinions and values, and have the ability to separate facts from personality. Additionally, you easily find alternative solutions to emerging problems.
