Traficom Area Nacka Värmdö consists of approximately 650 employees and we operate around 250 buses daily. Together with our client, SL, we are responsible for operating and developing bus traffic in the Nacka-Värmdö area. We are now looking for a Facility Technician, primarily based in Gustavsberg.

Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for maintaining the technical operational components of the facilities as well as the technical systems of the vehicle ramps. Our depots feature charging infrastructure for our electric buses, and daily supervision of these will be your responsibility. It is important to work proactively to ensure that the facility and technical equipment maintain the same or higher standards throughout the entire contract period, which extends ten years into the future. In addition to this, the role includes:

• Receiving fault reports, rectifying issues, providing feedback, and documenting actions.
• Participating in planning and implementing maintenance measures that maintain the desired condition, increase energy efficiency, and reduce environmental impact.
• Systematically conducting daily, weekly, and monthly self-inspections of the facilities.
• Working continuously with the technical manager to analyze and implement improvements for operational optimization.
• Ensuring that safety systems, fire protection, and environmental protection function and are documented according to laws and internal regulations.
• Acting as a contact person for various internal and external stakeholders.
• Working actively with the technical manager to find economical solutions for the contract's energy goals.

Additionally, we look for:

• Several years of experience as a facility technician from property companies, industry, or similar operations.
• Education as a facility technician or equivalent technical education.
• Good technical competence and a strong technical interest.
• Experience with electrical and plumbing (HVAC/plumbing) work.
• Experience with control and monitoring systems (e.g., building automation/BMS).
• Class B driver's license.

Electrical certification is advantageous, as is experience with energy, safety, fire protection, and environmental systems.
