🕒 Working Hours

Working hours vary depending on the assignment. Longer shifts and 24-hour shifts are common, which requires flexibility and good planning skills.

👤 We are looking for you who

• Have experience or knowledge of autism.
• Have experience or feel confident in handling challenging behavior.
• Are responsible, sensitive, and have a professional approach.
• Can work independently and follow established routines and methods.
• Are flexible regarding working hours.

✅ Requirements

• Class B driver's license for manual transmission.
• Access to your own car to commute to and from work.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

• Previous experience working as a personal assistant.
• Education in healthcare, social care, or pedagogy.
• Experience with low-arousal approach (low-affective handling).
