In this multifaceted developer role, you will work broadly to help our customers improve and develop their business processes in Business Central. You will achieve this through integrations between different systems, functional adaptations, or by building customer-specific solutions in both implementation projects and ongoing customer development.

You will be involved early in customer dialogues, participate in customer meetings, and contribute your expertise during the analysis phase as well as throughout the entire project lifecycle alongside your colleagues. Copilot and AI support are used where they genuinely create value, for example, for documentation, test cases, or to more quickly identify improvements in existing code.

Your toolbox

• AL + Visual Studio Code, Git, Azure DevOps
• Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)
• Azure services for integration (Functions, Logic Apps)
• PowerShell and scripts as needed

The major challenge in this role is not always purely coding, but rather translating customer needs into real-world solutions. This is also where the fun lies; effectively seeing how your work contributes to concrete value in our customers' operations, which could range from reducing the number of keystrokes for their finance department to optimizing logistics flows.

Who are you?

We believe you have at least one year of experience developing in Business Central, feel comfortable in AL, and are curious to explore more technologies around BC, such as Power Automate or simpler Power Apps. You enjoy understanding the big picture and can translate needs into solutions — sometimes technically detailed, sometimes more business-oriented. Educationally, we believe you have a post-secondary education in programming from a university/college or university college.

As a person, you appreciate collaboration but are also confident in taking responsibility and prioritizing when needed. You express yourself well in both Swedish and English and thrive in dialogues with both colleagues and customers.

The practicalities

• Start: Ideally immediately, but we fully understand notice periods
• Scope: Full-time. We are flexible and assume it should work for all parties
• Location: Malmö, Helsingborg, Gothenburg, Stockholm, Jönköping, or Växjö
