As the Workshop Manager with us, you will have a key role.

You lead the daily operations and work operationally together with two other mechanics/technicians.

We are a family business that has operated a workshop and been engaged in motorsport for over 40 years (since 1989).

Our goal is to offer the customer the best possible service with the highest possible level of service. Even under time pressure, we strive to stay focused and serve our customers in the best way possible, ensuring that every customer gets maximum joy and benefit from their vehicle or machine.

A B-driver's license and experience working in a workshop are required, as well as being a solid and skilled mechanic. If so, we have the dream job for you!

The most exciting part? During the year, we are building a completely new premises and workshop. You will be directly involved in shaping and structuring our new workplace from the ground up.

Your main responsibilities:

• Plan, distribute, and lead the work for the workshop team (total of 3 people).
• Perform service, repairs, and advanced troubleshooting primarily on CAN-AM and CFMOTO vehicles.
• Be responsible for workshop flows, spare parts orders, and inventory.
• Handle customer reception, time booking, and cost estimates.
• Contribute suggestions for the construction of our new, modern workshop premises.

Your qualifications:

• Several years of experience as a mechanic for ATV & MC or other powersport vehicles.
• Experience with CAN-AM (BRP) and/or CFMOTO is highly desirable.
• Good computer skills for diagnostic programs, code readers, and business systems.
• Documented leadership skills or strong potential to lead a small team.
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing, as well as good technical English.
• A B-driver's license is required. An A-driver's license and ATV rider license are a big plus.
