What can we offer you?

In preparation for the autumn term of 2026, we need to replenish our team for our introductory programs. We work with students who, for various reasons, lack the grades needed to proceed to further studies or employment. At our school, the individual student is always at the center, and all education is adapted to the individual's needs.

What are we looking for in you?

We are seeking a certified teacher in Swedish as a Second Language (SvA) and/or Mathematics, preferably combined with another subject. You have experience in teaching and focus on the student's learning. As a person, you enjoy collaborating with others and wish to develop together with students and colleagues. You believe in students' will and ability to succeed, and you constantly strive to develop your teaching to provide your students with the best possible conditions.

We are looking for someone who is confident in the teaching role and creates good conditions for students' learning and development. You adapt your teaching to the student's prerequisites and prior knowledge through a flexible and creative approach, backed by strong pedagogical skills.

Your working style is characterized by good structure, and you prioritize and organize tasks effectively. Furthermore, you contribute to good collaborations and communicate openly, clearly, and attentively with your surroundings. You also understand how students' backgrounds, culture, and group affiliation affect learning, and you create an inclusive learning environment where all students have the opportunity to succeed.

In addition to the requirement of teacher certification with eligibility to teach the requested subjects, we seek someone with previous experience teaching in upper secondary introductory programs or special needs groups in compulsory school (grades 7–9). You have a good understanding of the school's goals and regulatory documents, are accustomed to using digital tools for communication and pedagogy, and have very good Swedish language skills in both speech and writing.

It is an advantage if you also have eligibility to teach at the upper secondary level and experience in adapting teaching based on the different needs of student groups.

The position may be filled internally if an excess of competence is identified within the organization, in which case this recruitment will be terminated.

If you are called for an interview, you must present a current extract from the Swedish Police Authority's criminal record register for work in schools or preschools in Sweden (RPS 442.5 2008-06-18/1).
