Working with us – SRB Retail House

As a Merchandiser at SRB Retail House, you are responsible for ensuring that store shelves are always well-stocked and that products are displayed in a sales-promoting manner. Your main tasks include:

• Restocking and maintaining goods
• Checking signage and re-displaying products when necessary
• Ordering goods and monitoring stock levels
• Contacting store staff and ensuring the store's needs are met
• Working independently in stores and potentially visiting multiple stores in a day

In this role, freedom with responsibility is key – you plan and carry out your work independently but always have support from your area manager and other support functions at SRB Retail House.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who wants to work approximately 4 hours every other Saturday (even weeks). In addition, you have the opportunity to work extra shifts in our substitute pool. The position starts immediately.

To thrive in this role, we see that you:

• Have an interest in the grocery trade and enjoy physically active work
• Are solution-oriented, communicative, and work efficiently at a fast pace
• Enjoy working independently and changing environments during the workday
• Are an early riser – we start workdays early in the morning
• Have a driver's license and access to your own car (advantageous)

Advantageous:

• Previous experience working in a store or within the grocery trade
