ABOUT THE POSITION
At Aktiv Assistans, we are looking for a personal assistant for our client in Ålidhem. We would like you to be able to start your introduction relatively soon and to be available to step in as a temporary hourly worker during the summer. From September 1st, the position will become a permanent part-time employment of 20%, where you will work 1–2 shifts/week. The working hours are scheduled on weekdays as follows:
- 14:00–20:30
To be considered for this position, you must have some availability for work during the summer as well.
ABOUT THE CLIENT
The client is a 37-year-old woman. As her assistant, you will accompany her on quiet days at home, but also on active days with training, work, and fun activities. Our client has extensive care needs, and your tasks include, among other things:
Tasks:
- Support with daily routines and household chores
- Help with personal hygiene and dressing/undressing
- Mobility and training/stretching

REQUIREMENTS
- Very good knowledge of the Swedish language
- Category B driver's license (as you will drive the client's car)
- Not allergic to dogs
- Capable of physically demanding work
- Able to tolerate chlorinated water
- Non-smoker
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working as a personal assistant
Employment level: 1 temporary hourly worker during the summer, transitioning to a permanent 20% position from September 1st.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

To be employed by us at Aktiv Assistans, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the position. A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you, as an applicant, can present a valid ID document and/or submit a certificate of personal data (personbevis) as well as any documents proving the right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the certificate of personal data from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present a certificate of no criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply, meaning the register check will include both a certificate of no criminal record and a certificate from the suspicion register. The certificate is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order well in advance.

We recommend that you ensure you have current certificates in accordance with current legislation and the new rules coming into effect on March 1, 2026.
