We are looking for someone who wants to combine their project management experience with an interest in business processes and business development. As a Business Consultant at Monitor, you will have an independent and varied role where you lead implementation projects, train users, and support our customers in developing their businesses and getting the maximum value out of Monitor ERP.

About the role

As a business consultant with project management responsibilities, you play a key role in our customers' journey towards more efficient working methods. You lead implementation projects for Monitor ERP – from needs analysis and process mapping to execution, training, and follow-up. You are the driving force behind the project and act as a strategic advisor to the customer.

You work in close dialogue with the customer's key stakeholders and ensure that the project stays on time, meets quality standards, and remains within budget. Often, you are involved from the very beginning and accompany the customer through the entire change journey, combining your technical knowledge with strong business insight and project management skills.

The role involves travel within Sweden as our customers are located across the country, and for those interested, there is also the opportunity to work on international projects.

Who are you?

To succeed in this role, you have a good understanding of business operations in key areas of a manufacturing company, such as procurement, production, warehousing, and logistics. It is an advantage if you also have specialist knowledge in areas such as finance, forwarding, or time reporting.

You have good system knowledge in Monitor ERP, for example through a role as a Super User or by having held a leading role in a system implementation. Project management experience is a major plus, whether for large or small projects.

As a person, you are driven, pedagogical, and relationship-building. You adapt easily to different people and situations and feel confident navigating change processes with a solution-oriented approach.

• You have experience in project management
• You are pedagogical, proactive, and enjoy working independently
• You have experience with Monitor ERP or another business system
• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• You have knowledge within the manufacturing industry, logistics, or supply chain
