Job Description

You will handle cadastral proceedings and participate in the ongoing detailed planning process.

The duties also include property law advisory and service both within the municipality and to the general public.

The work is developing and varied. You will have the opportunity to take on various types of cadastral proceedings, both within and outside detailed planning, including complex and extensive cases such as infrastructure, utility rights, and 3D proceedings, when your competence allows. Tasks such as surveying and map work can be adapted according to need and interest. If you have high competence and experience with complex property law issues/cases, there are also great opportunities to take on an expert role at the office.

You will be part of a work group with broad competence that strives for high quality and good service, and who are a great team. The Cadastral Department currently has two proceeding administrators and 15 cadastral surveyors in service. You will take great personal responsibility and work together with colleagues with different specialist competencies.

Qualifications

You have a minimum 3-year university education with a focus on surveying and property formation, are a lawyer with property law competence, or have equivalent competence assessed as comparable. Merit for the position is at least 3 years of experience in proceeding administration.

The tasks require the ability to keep a work process together and make decisions. As a person, you are confident, careful, and analytical. You should be collaborative and willing to share your knowledge. You focus on the assignment, enjoy outward-facing work, and have good ability to communicate in Swedish both orally and in writing.

This position requires a driver's license for both manual and automatic transmission cars.
