Raamen is part of Teatern Food Court at Ringen Centrum on Södermalm. Since our launch in 2016, we have served ramen rooted in Japanese tradition with a modern twist, always keeping taste in focus. Every day, we prepare our broths from scratch and work with carefully selected ingredients to create food of high and consistent quality.

About the role

As a cook with us, you will work in a tight-knit team where the pace can be high, especially during lunch and dinner service. You will ensure that every guest receives a well-prepared meal and a friendly welcome.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Preparation and mise en place
• Cooking and serving our dishes
• Quality assurance of ingredients and finished products
• Cleaning and maintaining order according to established routines
• Collaboration with the kitchen and service staff to create a great guest experience

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience working as a cook or in a restaurant kitchen
• Is responsible, detail-oriented, and quality-conscious
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Has good teamwork skills
• Is positive, engaged, and service-oriented
• Experience with Asian cuisine or ramen is a plus but not required.
