Vårdcentralen Lyckorna is located in Motala and currently has approximately 16,000 registered patients.

The health center features a doctor's clinic, specialist nurse clinics, a nurse's clinic, child health care, psychosocial competence, podiatry, and a laboratory. We are also responsible for several nursing homes.

Job Description

We are looking for a Specialist in General Practice for our doctor's clinic who values stimulating and independent work in a developmental environment.

The position includes standard consultation work within the primary care remit, such as doctor's consultations, child health care, and consultations with home care services and special housing. To some extent, the scope and distribution of these tasks can be tailored to your individual interests.

You will be part of the on-call service, including shared primary care on-call duties at the emergency center and back-up on-call lines. Part of your working time will be dedicated to supervising less experienced colleagues, such as AT/ST doctors and medical students. This is scheduled during specific allocated time in the roster.

Work Group

We are approximately 70 employees at the health center who enjoy working together in an open work climate. We collaborate well with our neighboring care providers, both within Region Östergötland and within the municipality. We have a development-inspired working method and provide a broad primary care service. The doctor's clinic currently consists of specialists, ST doctors, and resident doctors in training.

The health center offers a doctor's clinic, a nurse's clinic, specialist nurse clinics, assistant nurse clinics, child health care, psychosocial competence, podiatry, elderly care clinic, and a laboratory.

About You

You are a Specialist in General Practice and have previous experience working in primary care. You hold a Swedish medical license (to be attached to the application) and Swedish language skills corresponding to level C1. Since you work in constant dialogue with patients, relatives, colleagues, and other operations, it is a requirement that you have very good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. You have a valid B driving license.

As a person, you are self-assured, have good teamwork skills, are efficient, and can plan, organize, and prioritize your work. You have good judgment and enjoy teamwork. You are unpretentious and communicate clearly. We value that you can meet different people based on their needs. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
